No, this would have negative effects on clan members from different time zones.
That would be really awkward. Most people and most clans don't operate on schedules where they are up and active 12-14 hours after when they search for war. We are most active in the evening, say 6-11 PM. But who the hell is going to search for war at 6 PM and have it start/finish at 6 AM?
