should i go to th9?

Ok so im wondering if I should upgrade my th to 9. Here are my defenses:
Mortars: 6
Air defense:6
Wizard towers:6
Walls: 8
Cannons:10
Archer towers:10
Traps: maxed
BK: 10
Teslas: all upgrading to 6

Other buildings:
Gold storages: 11
Elixir storages: 11
DE storage: 4
DE drills: 3
Army camps: 6
Barracks: all lvl9 (2 upgrading to 10)
Dark barracks: lvl4 and lvl1
Gold mines: 11
Elixir collectors: 10

Troops:
Barbarian: max
Archer: max
Goblin: 4 (don't use)
Giant: max
Balloon: max
Healer: max
Wall breaker: max
Wizard: max
Dragon: max
Spells: max
Minions: 3
Hogs: 2
Valks: 1
Golem: upgrading to 2

Basically just want to know if I should stay and max troops or just upgrade

Get the last of the barracks up, then go for TH9.

how many builders you have, looks like your defenses are ok now...

remember that TH8 to TH9 takes 10 days
you can do a bit of upgrading in that period, calculate on if you can do the jump now or not

also, as much as possible, save 62.5k DE for TH9
