Ability to send PRIVATE MESSAGES to Other Players - And it’s also ABUSE PROOF!!
I have a very simple suggestion that will surely satisfy millions and millions of players if ever it goes live.

One must also be able to "close" his PM inbox - but I am sure if you only expose yourself to the right people then this should not be a problem. It cannot be helped that there are people that you can only get to meet in game and what is wrong about being able to send them a message just like in any other normal game.
One must have the ability to PM other players. I remember my high school days when we played the first MMORPG in 2D they already had that feature.
I understand that there might be problem with spams but the solution to that is to only be able to send just a specific amount of PM to a certain player in any given period of time. In excess to that it would show the normal “Player’s inbox is full” red message – thus reserving the PM only for important messages.
HOW did I come up with this?
I actually suggested this in their google playstore page but to no avail. When I started playing I encountered a clan with the same last name as mine. And they are from another country. I was really curious so I really wanted to PM the leader and ask him why does he have our last name as his clan name – perhaps he’s family, which would be great! Unfortunately you will not be able to just chat anyone and join their clan. In my case their clan was set to “closed”. So what to do? Nothing!
What about trash talking?
I realized that one could be spammed with trash talks which no one appreciates. To avoid that one should have the capacity to block certain players from PMing them and/or add the capacity to report like in Global chat. That way people would think twice before sending rude and harassing PMs.
