I looked into this and this legitimately seems as though someone is trying to sell someones account as a revenge. The stuff doesn't line up. In the ad he cant see his own traps, there are multiple return to home buttons, and in the layout editor it shows a town hall 10 when the play in question is a town hall 9. I say ban the person who fabricated this.
Wow that is pretty obvious! Supercell just bans i dont think they actually look at any evidence, and with the non existent cs it will be several months if ever that he will get his account back. Pretty low for a clasher to do this and be that petty.

I agree, the most telling is that the first preview of the base, which is probably Don's real base, is of a TH9 while the profile views are all of TH10s.

Supercell needs to look if any foul play is involved. they can't just simply glance at an image and auto-ban people. This is one of the responsibilities of support. If they see an account being sold they need to be 100% sure it's legit and the image hasn't been altered in anyway. Doing this ensures issues like this don't arise.
No ones asking supercell for forensic investigations. we're simply asking for them to do their job right and not ban players that don't deserve it. And how long would it really take to analyze an image? I'd say 30 seconds max.

It's not about mistakes it's about refusing to correct the mistakes... Have your entire clan review them badly on game center or google plus.. Enough is enough, we tried reasoning with them. Now it is time for action!!
To the OP, might be best if you drop the details of how one can do this, as others do have a good point on where people can learn from this to get others banned.
So now the rest of the thread can stay, so SC (if they look, never know) can realise what a big thing this is. But considering all the other threads about unfair banning have been ignored/deleted I'm afraid to say you're fighting an uphill battle with only to find a desert at the end.
All I can say is to repeat the others, PM all of the mods (not at the same time) etc.
Only time will tell, and I'm sorry this has happened.
I do also agree that more work could be done on SC's part even with the high number of messages coming in, there is always a solution to that. Lets hope they find it and can start to take care of the players more.

Every person that read this thread, read the first page, the first post, has a basic understanding that they can pretend to sell someone else's account and get them banned. That number is what is shown on the General page as the page views of this thread. I made no assumptions that they would do BAD things with that knew found knowledge, but that now the knowledge exists. Just come across this and created an account to join in and express my concerns at the way this is being handled. I have been playing this game for 2 years and what has happened here is outrageous and indefensible. SC need to stop sitting on their hands and sort this out.
And if thousands of people did this it may not be a bad thing as SC would then need to put proper procedures in place and follow proper processes.

It's sad how I might get banned after more than 2 years and +1000 $ spent by others laying of photoshoping stuff on me .. and no one would help me in support and when I try to get the next best support in the forum I get annoyed by supercell fanboys .

I agree with this. If this is true, perhaps Supercell should consider spending some of the revenue they generate to increase their support staff. I hope that this kind of error is rare, but their apparently policy of ban first and look later is just not acceptable unless errors like this are addressed in a timely manner.

They will, Daddy is a good person to talk to, he'll help. But letting people know about this tactic is the most moronic thing any of us have done this week, and there's still the weekend left.
Do something, send a Private Message to the moderator and staff. All of them.

Post needs to be read by more people. The banning process doesn't follow any rhyme or reason. Bans need to be handed down after SC does its own investigation. They are a slow train when it comes to stuff like this. Clash of Clans security management is completely incompetent. This is getting out of control. They need to make protocols for stuff like this, like a checklist to see if its actually the owner selling the base.

So why when it was clear the person was fake do they still ban the real person? Someone clearly did this in spite.
