I was banned by Supercell without knowing why because I didn't do anything stupid. Later I learned from my clan mates in our group chat that all co leads were banned too. It was because we were in a clan war, and one of our co lead put a clan description describing the opponent an "offensive word". The word was "♥♥♥♥♥" which I find it funny, anyways. So I protested by sending message to Supercell.
My point was simple, why ban me if it wasn't me who put the descriptions? My clan mates explained that they think Supercell banned all members who have access to the clan descriptions. Good job, Supercell! That banned cost us a war! You don't investigate who and just banned all who have access to the clan description.
Yeah, you can argue all you want! but all three reply message from Supercell were you have done something offensive, regardless if you are a high level player or blah blah. I keep saying I did nothing, and I never mentioned don't ban me because I am a high level player. They never even mention I was banned because of the clan descriptions. And they just keep saying, we are sorry, we understand you, clash on.
Supercell you should really hire some good people and at least give them a bit training before putting them to do what you think is not a money generating job position. You had all the money, but you can't buy class. Your people make Supercell look stupid and full of ♥♥.
