i think clan perks are meant to benefit the members of the clan AS A CLAN, not for members as individuals. just like the war loot bonus, donation troop limit and upgrade, request time, it's a cooperation between the members in clan wars or no clan wars.

but nice idea though, could save a lot of gold nexting
