There are a lot of things in the game where it pays to be patient and while what base comes up after Next is random'ish - I hate to see rewarding people to sit there for long periods hitting next with little to no penalty. If the cost of hitting next gets reduced too much then some will just hit next until that juicy base comes up.
With the penalty, if a half decent base comes up you really have to think about if it is worth going on or just go for whats there.
There is a method and reason to Super Cell's logic here and over all I think it works. But I wont lose sleep if hitting next got cheaper through clan perks.
