Derby task points not added to board

I completed my 3rd task...the board was all blank and I x'ed out...opened it back up, the board loaded but the points were not added and I didn't get credit for completing the task. I then completed the 4th task(it was fine) and now I'm on the 5th. So the first 2, fine...3rd, done but no points or noted completion of the task, 4th completed and fine, just starting 5th. Is there any way you could go back and find it and add it to the board competed tasks? If not, would I at least be able to get another task of comparable points to make up for the loss? This doesn't only affect me, but my neighborhood as well.
