Unusual Request! (Lift Ban)

I requested to supercell via in game if they can remove or delete my account. Upon reading the help section it was stated that they cannot delete a village, but you can ask them to remove the link from game center if you don't need village anymore.

Here is the story, Please don't hate

I am getting low grades in school and my mom is blaming all my games. So my mom told me to ask all of the game company to delete my account and show her a screenshot of it. So i requested via ingame and did what i was told. Not only in clash of clans but
In every single online game i have. The companies were compliant and several game was deleted and removed from my apple id and game center.

But the problem is instead of my
Account getting removed and deleted from my apple id and game center. Super cell permanently banned my account. Which caused a crazy uproar in our household since i am not the only one playing clash of clans. My mom intentionally made us one apple ID to use because she wants to monitor everything from her tablet and phone all the apps that we are downloading.

When supercell banned my apple id or game center it caused a chain reaction now all of our apple devices at home cannot play clash of clans anymore since all are connected to one apple
Id. My brother cannot play on his phone or on the ipad. And he is really mad at me.

So i need help on where to contact supercell to ask to
Lift the ban from my apple id thanks a lot.

Where can i contact supercell? Because i cannot log
in anymore in game to go to help and support

You asked to get your account deactivated, that's what they did (=perma ban)

I see you already sent a new request for reactivation, you need to wait until they get back to you now

I did not know that deacticvation means you will get banned. The only problem i am worried about is the chain reaction that happend. We have 3 devices here in the house that shares the same apple ID because yeah we are still young and my mom wants to monitor everything. Now my brother cannot play on his device as well.

Perhaps, you should just simply not get onto CoC for that period of time.

I've been trying to contact supercell through email. But I am not quite sure if they are receiving and if someone is actually getting my request. Since i only received an automated response answer.

I am also not sure if my email is goong through the right department who handles these kind of query
I know they can receice a query faster if you use the help and support function in game. But due to the ban I clearly cannot log in game.

If your mom had a problem with your games, she could have used the Guided Access function and disabled it all instead of deleting all your accounts. A simple solution that courd be reversed when everything was said and done.
