How Do I Properly Report A ♥♥♥♥♥ing Clan?

There are lots of ways to explain why someone may know where bombs are. The only way for you to know for sure they were ♥♥♥♥♥ing is by watching them attack the base multiple times before finalizing the attack.

Why would the guy use hogs to trip bombs? Surely a cheaper less valuable troop would be used?
