If it is clear that a clan is ♥♥♥♥♥ing, what are the steps to report said clan? My clan is in it's ~100th war or so, and this is the first time that it's obvious the enemy clan is ♥♥♥♥♥ing. Do I just take pictures of what proof I can screenshot? Who do I send it to?

I've done screenshots to support via game settings before and didn't get anywhere.
You are probably going to need to record the battle and show it is definitely the first attack to have a chance.
The amount of ch34ts is rising now Clan Perks are on the line.

If the clan is spying on your clan (enemy clan joining your clan) to take pictures of your bases , then that is NOT against the rules. Terrible, isn't it? Unfortunately this act does not count as breaking a rule.
If they are using any mods, you are most likely unable to prove it. It is very difficult to prove this unless the clan is ghosting for a war attack and you happen to record the situation.
How do I report a clan or a few members of a clan for clearly c h e a t i n g?
Someone did a hog attack, placed one hog on bottom left side, boom, giant bomb! Placed a hog on the bottom right side, boom, giant bomb! Then he/she proceeds to draw out cc and attack from the top. And no, the giant bomb locations were not super obvious and it wasn't dumb luck him triggering them like that.
I know I've read that you have to report them in game but I'm not certain how and I did a quick google search and nothing relevant came up.

There are lots of ways to explain why someone may know where bombs are. The only way for you to know for sure they were ♥♥♥♥♥ing is by watching them attack the base multiple times before finalizing the attack.
How do you know they were using third party programs?
I once have been occused for ♥♥♥♥♥ing after we 3 starred all enemy bases (someone from the other clan requested joining after the war). All I can say is, we didn't ♥♥♥♥♥, we just have a habit of 3 starring most bases.
3 out of 4 compact bases I am able to pinpoint the giant bombs with ease and have them go boom by placing 1 hog at each.
Last war was funny, we had one spy coming in, and a mole. Spy clearly was there to learn where the troops where and the mole was annoyingly donating wallbreakers and goblins before I came online and kicked them right away.
They 3 starred all but 1 base, getting 44 out of 45 stars.

Do I look like I'm new at this game? Why on Earth would I be whining about spying? Spying is NOT this issue here. Certain out of game ♥♥♥♥♥s are what I'm seeing going on. Thanks though.Quote:
