How to report players who use illegal softwares

Dear Supercell,


I am writing to you to ask for your help on how to report players who use che@ting softwares. I know we can contact the staffs via the "Help and Support" button in the game. But sometimes it is hard to provide evidence as a screenshot or two will not capture it. So my question is, how exactly can we show to you guys that people are using che@ting softwares? We are losing wars because of them.

Previously, I have made a similar post but it got shut down by Mr. Daddy, because he thinks "asking how I can report them" = discussing che@ts. And he did not give a proper solution to the problem.

I appreciate there are some topics that you guys wouldn't like us to discuss but I think the problem I'm raising here is seriously affecting us normal players and it needs to be solved or, at least, as I was asking at the beginning, tell us how we can let you guys know should it happens again.

you can report via in game but unless you are standing over their shoulder and take a picture of the device on which they are playing the game, you have no proof that they are using 3rd party software.

Please do not create another thread about this topic.
