Description: The howling attack sends a strong sonic wave to shatter defenses

Special Ability: Sniping Wolfsbane
When used, it lasts for five seconds
It allows it to jump over walls and snipe defenses / buildings with a custom arrow infused with Wolfsbane poison

Not exactly sure about this hero at all. Either the idea is not clear enough what it does or it's not really anything like what ppl are wanting in a hero. I'm gunna say no.
