Maintenance started just after I used gems to boost my barracks, and boost was gone.

If the game tracks your resources as you acquire / spend them it should be easy enough to go back before the maintenance break and see the history of the accounts. I'm certain that this must be possible since the creators took so much time to make this game operate as smoothly as it does.

Boost Didn't Pause While Maintenance Break

So I boosted all my barracks, spells, and heros tonight.
However I was logged out due to the maintenance break/internal server error - that everyone experienced.

I thought my boost would be paused like it usually does. But as I logged back on, my boost was NOT paused. I had like 4 minutes left of it. Please, anyone have the same problem?

I really hope it's just a mistake, and that somehow they can refund me. Please ANY HELP/answers would be appreciated. Can't just be me that drew the short straw. No way supercell would dog me like that.

If you mean yesterday's maintenance break - internal server error.
This wasn't a maintenance break because not all players were having it.
It was a problem.

okay so now what? If it wasn't a maintanence break, and it was a problem. Same goes. I couldn't log into my clash for ages. The boost kept going. Anyone would be pretty unhappy about that. I've contacted them through the game, and they call it a maintenance break. They basically told me they can't do anything about it to compensate. And they always end with 'have a great day and clash on.' Ceebs bothering with it anymore, just was annoyed when it happened. And wondered if anyone else had the same problem

Gem boosts used to be for a week. Not 24 hours. This is weak sc. No pun........

Nice job bringing back a thread that has very little to do with your complaint. Also the fact that the boosts used to be a week is not true. Sometimes they offer 1d boosts for 1 gem and sometimes its a 1w boost for 1 gem. Last year on christmas, I believe the boosts were also just for 1 day. Either way, it is still far cheaper than the 10 gem boosts we had before christmas.
