Hay Day disimprovement

I must say i really appreciate the new lands we have been offered, however i strongly believe elders shall be restored their privelege to thrash the undesired tasks on the Neighbourhood derby board.

It is not a nice step to take back what has been given. We had adjusted how our nh works to the fact that elders could thrash tasks. We had given eldership to all of our members once they start participating in a derby so that they would thrash their own tasks and feel included. I am afraid now that they don't have word over which task to thrash, or they have to wait till a leader logging in & trashing tasks, they will feel a little frustrated & excluded.

Now most people are quite upset already, and coleaders are given another stressful tasks of logging in more frequently to bin out tasks.

We also are not happy to have seen the change in the elder capabilities in the new update. Our solution was to promote all elders to co-leader.

If the elders get the power to trash tasks returned to them, in our NH we would might demote one back to elder, but we would discuss that first. I'm Navy, so I like a clear chain of command and clear delineation of responsibilities :)

We have found it is important to have folks who can trash tasks in multiple time zones, and on multiple platforms (phones and iPads). This is what works for us.

Yes, a BIG thank you for fixing this issue quickly! My neighborhood is much happier again. We are loving this update! :heart:

Whew. Glad they fixed that. We have no leaders or co-leaders in our NH. Just elders.
