Anti-TH Rushing

Hey! I'm a BSCS student and game development is very much related to me. So, I always have ideas. And this is a good suggestion. I call it Anti-Th Rushing. This means you can't upgrade your Town Hall until you fully upgraded all the other buildings, and troops. Just the same as you can't upgrade to level 5 Mortar if you're not Th7. (While the only requirement to upgrade TH is to upgrade your Gold Storage to reach the upgrade price) With this, it will be very challenging and the game will be much fair. Because TH Rushing really sucks and unfair, in a way that other players can unlock features without putting real effort, time, and patience. I know this feature will make other players quit but the good thing is that this prevent idiots and immature players in your game. If I'm a developer I would hate to see idiots playing my game so -- Thanks!

Now let's make a twist. I want to keep the original idea, but it's still the player's choice. How we gonna make it? Let's put GAME MODES, just like in many many games (e.g. Timed mode, Relax mode, Adventure mode, Arcade mode). And in COC, the FREE MODE and ANTI-TH RUSH MODE. This game modes can be set in the settings, you can change it once a month.

Let's put in a few programming:

if (the player wants to play and upgrade freely) {
set the game to FREE MODE;
}
else if (the player wants to play without rushing) {
set the game to ANTI-TH RUSH MODE;
}

Upgrading the town hall before every single upgrade is complete has its pros and cons just like maxing every single upgrade before upgrading the town hall has its pros and cons. This gives players the freedom to choose their own path in the game, which in my opinion is more fun - not more limitations and restrictions.

How is it unfair if you also have the same freedom to upgrade your own town hall anytime you choose just like everyone else?

Because some players don't care if they're TH Rushing, they just want to unlock all the features as soon as possible. While other players example at TH6 really wanted to have D.E. but they are really patient to maxed out TH6. It's unfair in multiplayer battles and clan wars. Always annoying.

Thats not how the game is supposed to be played thats the point. Everyone has their preferences and they proceed accordingly you can't have restrictions like this dude.

Maybe on of the worst ideas I have ever heard. Im th 9 and u expect me to max all lvl 30 heros and lvl 10 walls even valkyries? Nope!

Maybe. Yeah. You have to max it. That's how the game goes on, upgrading. Maybe you're not suited for th 9 to state like that.

What do you plan to do after upgrading to TH10? And there's no more TH11 yet, quit the game because you don't want to max everything? You're too funny. Everything will go to the point where you have to max the heroes, walls, and valkyries. My idea is just to do it in the right time.

I thought about it already before posting. All the positives/negatives. I just want to hear what Supercell think about this.

Unless you're a rusher yourself, you should be glad to see a rushed base. The loot works in your favor and they aren't that hard to raid.

Just another "nobody should be able to play CoC in any way except MY way" thread. Move along. TH rushing hurts nobody except the people who do it in excess.

I agree that rushing is an approach I personally am against. But its the prerogative of the village owner to go with any approach that they want with their base. I am sure the OP reads this and thinks that is silly that they do that. But from their point of view the OP is silly for thinking they should not be allowed to. COC is a free society and everyone is free to make their own choices how to play. And then from there is gets sorted out where there are winners and there are loser. That is how a game works.
