Spellcaster
Description:
The Spellcaster is an experienced Wizard who has learned to cast spells in the heat of battle. He fights with the power of lightning, healing, rage, jump, and ice all at once!!!
Stats:
Can cast a spell every 5 seconds.
Attacks via lightning spell.
Rage Spell and Healing Spell activated upon reaching half health.
Jump Spell activated when attacking a wall.
Freeze Spell activated when attacking a defense.(Can only freeze a defense once)
The Healing, Rage, and Jump Spells follow the Spellcaster
Stats Per Level:
All Levels: Targets Anything, Splash Damage, Ground and Air Attack, Ground Troop, 20 housing space, 16 speed, 30 minute train time
Level 1: 60 DPS, 200 HP, 500 DE, All Level 1 Spells
Level 2: 66 DPS, 210 HP, 600 DE, All Level 2 Spells
Level 3: 72 DPS, 220 HP, 700 DE, All Level 3 Spells
Level 4: 78 DPS, 230 HP, 800 DE, All Level 4 Spells(except Jump Spell, which is Level 3)
Level 5: 84 DPS, 240 HP, 900 DE, All Level 5 Spells(except Jump Spell, which is Level 3)
Level 6: 90 DPS, 250 HP, 1000 DE, All Level 5 Spells(except Lightning and Healing, which is Level 6)
Attack Strategies:
Could be used with Golems. GoSpell and other variants.

while its a unique new wizard idea, i think it becomes a bit repetitive with just rehashing the same spells we already have in addition to troops. Additionally, i think he's overpowered and it should have been evident to you when you say things like "he does these all at once!" The fact he can cast powerful spells essentially gives the people that use him 10 spells rather than 5. If this is to be a viable option his spell should be new and unique as well as being a bit more simple than what you seem to have proposed.
