Yes, it's 20 hours. Just wait until you unlock the jelly beans....:D
It has always been that way, so I guess so.
The good news is that it isn't very much in demand. I sometimes get asked for it in the town. Never on boats! So it is eventually possible to build a little stock. And of course I can refuse to give it to any customers at all. My chocolate, do not touch! ;)
