So i have a samsung and an iphone, i wan to link my device from my iphone to my samsung. When i link the device will the clash of clans account in my iphone will be deleted?

When you link two devices, both of them will be able to connect to the account. In short, if you link them you won't lose any clash of clans data from the iphone. However, note that the 'Link a device' function can only be used once per village, after that, your village will be permanently connected to both your GC and your G+.
