Troop donations missing

Hello,

Has anyone else had this problem. When requesting for troops and seeing the bar fill up on the clan chat but the troops don't show up in your CC.

I had this happen to me 2-3 times, my fiance had it happen to her and at least 3-4 other clanmates complained about the same issue. I contacted supercel via in game support but was advised that it could be a delay in the server. I don't think so, i think these troops are gone forever because everyone who had this happen to them had to re-ask for troops again. the timer was still there but the troops were gone, i can't really send an image either because unless it is a video recording it is difficult to show that these troops were actually donated and not used.

If this is a common problem with others then i would say please post in this thread. I don't want to be donating a lvl 3 PEKKA (or more expensive troops) not knowing if the person will get it or not.

This thing happened to me some time ago, same to some of my clan mates, but nothing recently. Anyway, what we did was either restart the game (sometimes when we loaded the game back, the troops were received), OR go into the goblin maps, start a battle and surrender (this fixed the issue more often than the reload one).
Try these out and see if it gets fixed.

Cool, thanks man, i will give it a try. i did do the log out part but never try the goblin map attack/surrender strategy.
