Cannot claim 5th horseshoe prize

The Derby ended about 20 mins ago. I was able to claim prizes from 4 horseshoes but not the 5th one which I was looking forward to because one of the rewards was 2 bolts. Luckily, I got the pig balloon from the 4th horseshoe. :)

Another player in my hood reported she was able to claim all prizes from the derby.

Update: For the derby which ended about 13hrs ago, I was able to claim all 5 horseshoe prizes. Thank you Supercell for fixing the glitch I reported last week on the forum and the game's Support.

Could you give some details how the game reacts please?
Do you mean the 5th column is still not revealed/greyed out? On the button "Claim X/Y rewards" it only shows 4/5 ?

Anything you could remember is appreciated :).

I could not claim my 4th and 5th horseshoe prizes. There are 8 players in my hood. We accumulated 10.1k derby points to clinch 1st place. Just before derby ended, it showed all the prizes available for all 5 horseshoes. When derby ended, it stated that only 3 horseshoes were won and the respective derby points for each horseshoe had increased. The 4th and 5th horseshoes were blanked out. Some of my mates in my hood managed to claim the prizes for all 5 horseshoes though.

Really needed those axes and saws😞. Bummer!

As I recall, the 5th column wasn't revealed and was greyed out. The button said "Claim 4/4 rewards". This is odd because we won the 5th horseshoe 6hrs before the derby had ended.

I just asked my hood who was able to claim all prizes and 2 more players said they received all 5 horseshoe prizes.

Do you happen to check the reward of 5th column before the derby end?

I mean after I completed a task, I have to watch the animation of my task point is added up, then the horse raced to the new position, and on the rewards tab I can see the new column revealed. Did you went through these steps as well for the last column or only for the first 4?

While playing 6 hrs before the derby was about to end, I received a notification in chat that we had won the 5th horseshoe. I went to the derby and saw the new column revealing three prizes: 2 bolts, 3 diamonds, and a 3rd prize which I forgot. I thanked my hood and mentioned I want to claim the bolts instead of the diamonds in 6 hrs.

I completed the 5 tasks in about 96 hrs. Every time I finished a task, I always checked to see our horse racing to a new position.

Thank you for bringing the issue to the attention of SC staff. I did report it to Support through the game.
