Proper and meaningful revenge attacks cannot be random like that. Most bases have a shield up 90-95% of the time, and even then, when thier available loot isn't always worth it to spend the the time and opportunity on. You only get one shot at a revenge attack, and days, maybe even a week or more, before things line up to make it worth it to attack. Personal record for the longest wait has been about 14 days. They start falling off the defence log after 12-13 days, so lucked out on catching that one. :cool:
From personal experience, this would be an unused feature for me.
