If a lightning strike lands within 2 tiles of a hidden tesla, that tesla takes all the damage for what the spell should have hit. This would solve the DE zapping problem as well as open up new defense tactics for example placing teslas next to air defense, countering lightning dragons.
Zapping isn't even that serious lol, the people suggesting this are just mad they lost some dark elixir.
This is actually mainly to fix dragons at TH7, but lots of people get angry over zapping so I decided to include it as well.

Even though it has been talked about so much, it doesn't mean everything has been discussed about it. Due to biases, closed mindedness, or even thoughtless rote repeating of information, it could generate a lot of material, but not much of anything in the way of progress.
What ticks people off here is the repeat of the same old thing. And the main reason for that is the lack of research done by the new person bringing up the topic again, starting from square one, again, for the countless time.

The fix for drags at TH7 is add a 2nd Seeking Air Mine, and possibly level 9 archer tower, and maybe nerf the drags slightly. The air d would have other consequences, like now a TH8 basically can't use lightning w drags in war and has to use rage instead.
Actually, the ability to zap storages undermines the entire point of the game. If someone can easily and thoughtlessly bypass another's defenses, there is no point to even play the game and build a base. Zapping is a crutch and zappers are ruining the game.
