Serious War Clan looking for strategic players
Clan name: Tops Blooby (don't let the name turn you off)
Age range: Mature. Most of the clan is in their early 20's to early 30's.
Little info about us: We are mostly a bunch of guys who have been gaming together for a long time. When we started playing CoC, we tried joining other clans but they were never as good as we wanted, so we decided to make our own.
We are all about clan wars. Every war is about getting as many 3 stars as possible. We talk about strategy for each base. We discuss different army comps and weak points. We also discuss who will attack who. We are NOT the kind of clan that says "you are responsible for the guy across from you." We look at maximizing the amount of stars we can get so that we can win even when we are severely mismatched. This means you may be asked to 3-star a town hall below you or in some cases, 1-star a town hall above you to "scout."
If you are looking to maximize your loot from wars, this is not the clan for you. If you just want to do your own thing in wars, this is not the clan for you. We are interested in team players who want to win.
Currently our clan has 72 wins, 6 losses, and 3 ties. We are level 4. We are comprised of 2 town hall 10 players, several 9's, several 8's, and a few 7's.
We are accepting any town hall level. We prefer inviting lower level players because we find that they are easier to train in to good war members before they have much impact on the war. If you are Th7, TH8, or TH9, you will be expected to make a quality attack (that has the ability to get 3 stars) against bases of similar strength to your own.
I won't make this any more long-winded than it already is. Hopefully I've given you the feel that not only are we serious about clan wars. We are successful. We expect to win every war, regardless of how screwy the matchmaking system is.
Lastly, our war schedule is on a 2-1 split. We start a war around noon EST. When it ends 2 days later, we wait 1 day before we start the next war. Everyone is expected to make their first attack before midnight following the start of battle day.
