There is not much to beat this base.
That base is everywhere in Champs, I'm with you. It's annoying. You want to GoWiWI from a corner, and jump into the core. That guy has all his ADs in the core for some reason, so you should bring some balloons to pick off some unguarded defenses.

You mostly need your queen to get the town hall. Key to the attack is correct placement of the spells. You need your rage spells to overlap almost all of your loons and they should not overlap each other. Try to freeze the inferno towers and add as many other defence structures as you can below the freeze.
