This might help
But it is the going from green to white(flashing) what really hurts when sitting in dark environment. Also this affects phone battery as white color uses 3 LEDs(on LED screens). Changing to a darker one will make things better

I would always set the brightness level of my note's screen low when I played it in dark lol
