shield glitch forum glitch.

2nd attempt posting this, first of all your website sucks it needs a major overhaul. Took me like 30 mins to finally figure out registration. Second i've already posted like 10 mins ago about your shields being glitched and when i hit submit it never showed up. third, i bought a 2 day shield, currently still 4 hours remaining. So how was some chinese player able to attack me and take my loot. The entire reason i PAID REAL MONEY for a shield. Was because i spent REAL MONEY for 10k dark elixer. I want a refund for my shield and I want my elixer back. Ive spent damn near $200 in the past 2 months. My account is al3x. You better look into this, i feel like you guys are robbing people, taking their money and giving them nothing.

Also I've already done myself the favor of uninstalling Clash of Clans until I hear from an administrator that I will be reimbursed. You will not recieve any money from me until this is resolved and I am done right.

Is that the reason you posted in my thread? Why are you so concerned about what I'm doing and how I did it and be more concerned about why you don't mind your own damn business. I said I wanted an administrator not a penguin.

I don't know how to directly talk to them. And I also have pictures of my account. With shield still active and my log showing he attacked me while my shield is active.

Can you post those pictures on this thread? It might help people work out why you were attacked through a shield

So now it's showing my gems I spent. But why does it still show 3 hours remaining on shield. And a 2 day shield is a 10 hour cool down but I bought yesterday so shouldn't it still be on cool down. Did administration reset it and refund my gems? That's what it looks like. Thank you. I would love to still talk to an administrator please.

Wow you call glitch being greedy? Maybe the developers or coders are still amateur, don't be so harsh to them, just take this privately.

Go to their account and find the private message button/link. Simple as that.

If an administrator would pm me I would gladly do it privately but seeing as that doesn't seem like an option. I'm here. Also this forum doesn't allow pic uploads but I would gladly send them to an administrator.

Also this is like the top grossing game on the play store. They do not have amature coders or developers. It's simply a glitch where someone found out how to exploit shields and attack people with lots of resources.

Are you sure you actually brought a shield? It seems more likely that you never had a shield either because you forget to buy it or when you brought it you had lost connection with the server and the gem purchase never registered. The 3 hours remaining on your current shield is more likely to be from a shield given to you by the player who attacked you and that is also why there is no cool down on the 2 day shield.

Its unlikely you will get to talk to an administrator on the forums although you may get lucky and have a moderator post on this thread but just in case you aren't aware of how this forum works the moderators are not supercell employees just volunteer forum members who help keep the forums friendly and respectful.

If you want to get an official response from supercell your best bet is to submit a ticket in game through the in game reporting system and then a supercell administrator will get back to you although it can take several days to get a response

This forum does allow picture uploads just go to the manage attachments section of your post

There is a stickied thread somewhere that explains exactly how you do it

This was actually helpful and yes I'm sure I bought a shield. It said 1 day 23 hours yesterday. So I'm pretty positive I bought the shield seeing as how I have 188 gems. The shield is 150 and
I had 38 gems last night and now I have 188 again. Seems like they reset it for me.

Two more questions that might help get to the bottom of this.

When you bought the shield how long was it before you logged off?

Before you posted on the forum had you already submitted a ticket to supercell in game?

It showed Shield Activated! Before I logged off. And I've logged in multiple times since the shield was activated and showed it was there. And I'm trying to find the ticket now but I can't find it.

Ok that does seem weird and does sound like you were attacked through a shield which raises the horrible possibility that there may be programs out there that make this possible. Would love to know what the outcome is if you do ever get a response from a supercell administrator
