shield glitch forum glitch.

2nd attempt posting this, first of all your website sucks it needs a major overhaul. Took me like 30 mins to finally figure out registration. Second i've already posted like 10 mins ago about your shields being glitched and when i hit submit it never showed up. third, i bought a 2 day shield, currently still 4 hours remaining. So how was some chinese player able to attack me and take my loot. The entire reason i PAID REAL MONEY for a shield. Was because i spent REAL MONEY for 10k dark elixer. I want a refund for my shield and I want my elixer back. Ive spent damn near $200 in the past 2 months. My account is al3x. You better look into this, i feel like you guys are robbing people, taking their money and giving them nothing.

Also I've already done myself the favor of uninstalling Clash of Clans until I hear from an administrator that I will be reimbursed. You will not recieve any money from me until this is resolved and I am done right.

Is that the reason you posted in my thread? Why are you so concerned about what I'm doing and how I did it and be more concerned about why you don't mind your own damn business. I said I wanted an administrator not a penguin.

I don't know how to directly talk to them. And I also have pictures of my account. With shield still active and my log showing he attacked me while my shield is active.

Can you post those pictures on this thread? It might help people work out why you were attacked through a shield

So now it's showing my gems I spent. But why does it still show 3 hours remaining on shield. And a 2 day shield is a 10 hour cool down but I bought yesterday so shouldn't it still be on cool down. Did administration reset it and refund my gems? That's what it looks like. Thank you. I would love to still talk to an administrator please.

Wow you call glitch being greedy? Maybe the developers or coders are still amateur, don't be so harsh to them, just take this privately.

Go to their account and find the private message button/link. Simple as that.

If an administrator would pm me I would gladly do it privately but seeing as that doesn't seem like an option. I'm here. Also this forum doesn't allow pic uploads but I would gladly send them to an administrator.
