mortars are very annoying so it would be a cool idea to make a spell that explodes a mortar mid air before it hurts your troops. to reduce the over poweredness of this spell the size will be reduced and the price will be slightly higher than other spells, also the spell will need a skilled player to time it right because it will barely last long enough to block mortar fire.

Nice idea but I'm not really sure how often it would be used. What th would this be unlocked at?
Can't you just use a lightning spell to destroy a mortar?
Just use a freeze spell to stop them from shooting. I'm only TH8 so I can't freeze it, but you can use 2 lightning spells to take it out if you want. Another option is to just use air attacks and avoid them altogether.
