I am currently a maxed th9 (currently working on walls)
All of my offensive troops & spells are maxed (as TH9) except for :
Lvl 3 pekka - Lvl 3 Golem - Lvl 1 witch - Lvl 1 Jump - Lvl 1 Valk
I need advice on going against a TH10 with infernos, and just a TH9
& how many units would i need of what strategy??

Dealing with infernos is tough at TH9 (I'm in the same position as you), but if can be done. If you're going against that #1 base with a pair of singles here's my best suggestions.
Safe 2*: Gowiwi from 10:30 side. 2 golems, 6 wallbreakers, 4 or 5 witches, ~10-15 archers for outside buildings, rest wizards. 2 rage, 1 heal, 1 lightning (for CC troops). You should have no problem getting your queen and a bunch of wizards firing on that TH and taking it down. Use the archers around the edge to get the rest of the 50% if you need it. As long as you don't screw up badly, this should be a pretty solid 2 star.
Riskier 3*: LavaLoonian from 1:30 side. Personally, I'd go with 3 lava hounds, 5 minions, rest balloons. 4 rage spells. deploy 2 hounds, one at each air def and drop the loons behind. Save 1 hound and 4 balloons. Rage em up. Hope your balloons can get to the inferno tower around the time the hounds are dying. Ideally, you can send the last hound and 4 loons at the bottom air defense. I'd send them after the 1st inferno goes down. You'll need some good luck here, queen needs to get bombed by splash, placement of air traps, but the defenses are low enough that it could work. It could also go badly and you get 40%.
I straight up hate infernos. Same position as both of you, max th9 working on walls (well, and my last xbow from 2 to 3). Against single target infernos I like hogs, since taking out one at a time isn't an issue, but due to the heroes there going in with hogs on the TH side would be suicide. I think I'd recommend a CB to take out his queen and those outer two air defs on the TH side, then come in with with tri-loonian towards the town hall. Definitely doable with some work, but it'll take skill.
