I get Frog King from small mystery package twice. The first time I put it to the farm and the game reloaded immediately and the frog king disappeared. The second time I left the game when the frog king is in my storage, it still disappeared after I back to the game.

Yep, as a fellow player, I see it reported here sometimes. I don't know what it is but I think you need to report it as a bug and ask for its return by writing directly to support through the game settings. And it may take a few days for them to reply. And you may have to persist with the matter. And the answer may still be a glitchy connection! But I hope they can return your lovely frog for you that way. Good luck!!
