You should be able to upgrade to lvl 6 loons at TH9 so not sure whats going on but just checking obvious things have you upgraded your laboratory?Quote:

Yeah I know im still upgrade now, but it still cant upgrade even not uograding and have enough elixir.
Cant you see that, if that "need upgrade laboratory to level 8" ???
