I have done loonion in high crystal and GiBARCH in M3 which is probably more fun, but definitely harder and less profitable to me at least.
I'm th9 doing lvl 6 GiBarch in the 2000-2200 range, quite solid gold elixir and DE up here. I believe the gold and elixir is better in the 1300-1600 range, but if you're looking for DE to get those heroes up I'd recommend you come up here.Quote:

You still have th8 troops, camp space and spells. Stay where you are until you upgrade those things. It's tough at first until you get rolling.

For TH9 1200-1400 is supposed to be a good range. All hungry Th9 clashers stays there. And for dead bases(zombies) , u could found them anywhere between 1000-1400.
