New clan feature?

So I'm part of a clan with a feeder (I have an administrative role in the clan), so I sometimes have to go between the 2 clans and it's a pain waiting for an elder+ to get on sometimes since we live in different countries.

My idea would be to have a clan password, so that members that are going between 2 family clans can get into the clan without having to wait for an elder+ to accept the request. THIS PASSWORD WOULD ONLY BE USED FOR GETTING INTO THE CLAN, and it does not link clans, grant promotions or privileges, it would just make it easier to go between clans you're a part of. Would it be a good idea to restore your previous promotion level?

The password could be shown in the clan description only to promoted members, and only members who have been previously promoted can use the password to gain access to the clan provided you were not kicked out of it.

Only the leader or maybe co's would be able to change the password.

I want your guys opinions. Do you agree with the idea? What could be made better?

A password would work, but how about this: Like a co or elder you have a designated "runner" who can join/leave selected clans more easily. not sure how it would work but it would be a good idea to keep feeders and main clans up to date

Love it. I have a clan where there's only a few Co-Leaders and when they leave real quick to go to a donation clan, they come back and have to wait for a promotion. I think a password would be a great idea!!

I actually support this idea. It is somewhat similar to mine with key differences. My link is in sig, check it out, maybe it'll help you build on this.

I've actually seen your post buddy, I think that idea needs a bit of work if it was to become a reality. It's a good idea though. Do you know whether it's been discounted by SC?

The ideas do have quite a few key differences, I actually like my idea better (otherwise I wouldn't have posted it) :P I think people would go between clans too much then since it would be a lot easier, and it would all get very confusing. My idea also means that inactive players can't just suddenly come back on as co again, they'll have to be re-admitted (unless they have their clanmates on kik for example which is still kind of a re-admittance). They would've forgotten the password, or there could be a prompt to change it every so often? Tbf with your idea you could have a time limit.

Yeah, it could be specifically for promoted members of the clan. That's a good development.

Thanks! And no, it has not been rejected by SC (yet). Also, you are still shown as a member of the clan, so if you get kicked, there's no coming back with my idea. I do like your password system, although if a Co could change it, if someone had malicious intentions, they could block someone out(Maybe a time limit could help). I think we should merge our ideas a little and try for the best of both worlds.

Buddy I specifically say if you don't get kicked ;) If you get banned from a clan, you have to be re-invited and can't req to join.

Part of the reason I want co's to be included in this is so that people will think more carefully before giving co. I hate seeing free co clans! It completely devalues promotions, and I've made sure people in my clan know I value them!
