Well first and foremost, nice job on maxing the town hall 7. Your new base setup looks really nice and usually all bases have weak spots. Only ones I could find here was the middle compartment being filled with resources can be dangerous. Anyone using heroes correctly with a good troop comb. could really take a lot of your loot. Would be challenging though. Another small flaw I saw was it could be easily hogged. It's almost obvious to distinguish some of your giants bombs/teslas and the difference between in the two in different spots. Anyways, a nice base but wouldn't use it for long term.

Nice base but if u are new to th8 I am tell you that u would not be using this once you're a middle th8 because that time it will cost u a lot for maxing defences and when you will have that resource you will be attacked by th9s and this base is not good enough to spoil th9 attacks.

I think you could leave a couple of other possible Tesla locations inside the base, to give the attacker some uncertainty, as your Tesla locations are quite guessable.

The main problem I see is that the CC is not centralised enough, and is easily lurable. You should swap it for a storage inside the base to make it harder to lure out.

Another small problem is those 2 Wizard Towers towards the bottom. You should try to balance Splash Damage as much as you can, which you have done well with your Mortars. Try to spread them out a bit, or put them in different compartments so that they can cover a larger area.
