Greetings,

My in-game name is CtrlAltDel,
Level 72
Clan:RSA Gamers ..level 3
Townhall 8

Okay, so.. I use to play on my phone, but my screen has broken and now im on my tablet...
My problem.. is that, I downloaded CoC onto my tab..and started it up.. it gave me the tutorial.. etc.
I ended up having to "name my village" ..but when i tried to (Sign In) with my main accounts email...it just saved the new village.
Which won't let me load my old/main village.. evem tho it's on the same email.. it just keeps loading the new/noob account.

I am un-able to try the "link new device" option, as my "old device has a broken screen leaving me blinded to the "code".
I've tried clearing data under app settings and even re-installed.
Please, help me get my old/main acc back onto this device.
I have spent a LOT of money on gems, with that village ( CtrlAltDel). & my clan mates need me.. hehe.

assuming that you connected on a wrong account, you have to login on the right account...

Or

assuming that you didn't realize that your account didn't sync with your gmail, you'll have to retrieve it with Help & Support. See the stickies on how to retrieve a lost account.

..about the account option, I log in with my email.. but it's like it has created a new acc on it.. or is there a way to choose which village to load? ...

..sorry for the noob questions, hehe.

No only one village can be linked to a G+/GC, yours probably wasn't linked in the first place, and took your new village instead.

It's one account per village so it pretty much failed to sync with your old village and didn't load your village when you sign in on your account. What you just did is, instead, you connected it to that noob village. (which isn't your fault IMO)

anyway, You'll have to contact support with this problem.

Settings>Help & Support>Speech balloon at the top right.

Provide full details of your village (TH lvl, clan name, etc.). It usually take 3 -10 days for support to respond so be patient with this.

That explains the waiting period, lol.. I've sent like 3 tickets, but have had no reply as of yet.
So I'll just keep waiting lol...

Expect it to take upwards of two weeks to resolve the issue. Just be patient.

Okay so SC go back to me..and I sent them all the necessary details, etc.
However..one part which they need is to know when exactly I started playong CoC.
I know I started in 2014 but I can not remember which month.

Is there a way to figure out or look to find out when exactly one started playing?

You can check the date on the achievement "Bigger offers I". Pretty much the best way to know when you started playing because you can get this achievement in your first playthrough. You can check your achievements on Google "Play Games".
