advice on attacking this base

hi im th9 with max troops and i need to attack this enemy in war , but i have no clue on how i should attack him for 2-3 stars , any advice??

I suggest you to kill the enemy queen(just place your king near her) and the cc troops(just use one giants to lure it and then use your own cc with your queen to kill it)......then just go with a lavaloon attack(4 hounds +19 baloons + 4 rages)

should be a easy three star

ok i did as sugested , killed the queen with my king, lured the cc dragon , killed him with a few archers and than went all in from the south west 4 lava and 22 baloons , i raged 4 times but only managed to get a 78% 2 star .

ill get the next one , i think i am starting to understand the lavaloon combo.

If I'm correct they are single infernoes.. hog the base.
