Maxed Town Hall 8 level

Hey all,

I tried a search to find this but couldn't come up with anything, so thought I'd ask the community as a whole.

I was just wondering if anyone currently has a MAXED (completely and utterly, walls collectors etc) Town Hall 8 base? I'd assume this is probably someone that is not a heavy gemmer (they would already be at TH9 by now), but perhaps gems a few things here and there (builders, few upgrades etc).

[Just to state, I don't mind if you're one or the other. I have 2 accounts, one with no money spent and the other with 2 builders bought.]

I know Junliang is close to it, since he's going to TH9 in the next few weeks, but this question actually stemmed from the Leader of my group of clans. I'm a part of GuerillaWar3, one of the feeder clans to GuerillaWarrior, and our leader Niglekram is a level 95 Town Hall 8, with a few things still left to upgrade. He also donates a TONNE of troops (goes between the 3 clans and always has a couple of hundred donates per day), and I'm curious if anyone has a higher level.

TL;DR - Who is the CURRENT highest level Town Hall 8? Who has a completely maxed TH8?

Scanners. lv102 and everything totally maxed.

I'm close to maxing (all level 8 black walls now), but collectors not included.

I need 1-2 weeks then its all at maximum :)
Currently maximizing the walls, barracks and collectors.

I am close to maxing (but mines are at 9 and collectors are at 10). I also only have purple/black walls.

im still maxing out my base and i have a couple weeks left. my walls will take longest, lol.

i have maxed everything so far except for walls level 8 and 2 teslas that are level 5 currently going to level 6

I think this in an old thread but i am currently level 104 at TH8. I have heard repeated references to the fact that scanners got to level 103 at TH8 but has anybody verified this? I am curious to know whether anybody thinks that this is worth it.

All my buildings, my troops and spells (except dark troops - minions are maxed) are at the maximum level possible for TH8. All I have left to do is walls.

I'm pumped. 7 days till by blower is a level 4 and that means a TOTALLY MAXED OUT TH8!!!! I've never purchased any gems. It's taken a long time but it's so cool to finally max a base!!!! Every brick, every bomb, every troop, EVERYTHING MAXED!!
