Petition suggestions for a new thread (data gathering)
Seems like I'm one of the few that knows how to make a proper petition. :smirk:
So with that in mind, and people wanting this idea and that pushed, and how some ideas are too simple to hold interest, and therefore can't stay active enough to stay up on the top pages, I thought I would make a multi-topic petition thread. It would be a 'public poll' (aka, your name is visable), with multiple choices alowed.
This will not only reduce the spam of so many people making petitions of varying quality, but the combined interest of all the topics should help keep the thread afloat in this spammy forum. This would also show what ideas, in the batch petition, are more in demand in relation to others, which would help give Supercell an idea of where to start.
I could compile my own list, but I could miss some ideas, and personal bias and experience should not limit this batch petition.
I am asking for simple, almost no-brainer, ideas that would be nice to have in game (e.g. [Petition] No Default Troop Selected Upon Entering Battle) but are small, and would normally be overlooked.
As the example suggests, ideas obviously can be ones already in the sticky thread as something that can possibly be added in the future, but haven't. But I'm not copying those into the batch petition unless there is real interest for it. Otherwise, it is a waste of space on this thread I'm planning on making.
Given how spammy the forum is, a repeat of an idea (in support of one already stated) is fine. I do highly recommend people to read as much of this thread as possible, even if it gets long, so people don't miss anything, and know what they are talking about. :smirk:
Once it seems like I have all the workable ideas that are currently out there, I'll post my "Warren Petition".
New Update Cycle Is On The Way!
Now would be a perfect time to get this batch petition up! Supercell will be starting new projects (as well as continuing incomplete ones) and giving them an idea of what small changes people want at this point in time could likely have a better chance of being done.
A small 'would be nice' change can be easily over looked, but if it is a batch of them, making it a small project in of itself, then the chances those simple ideas to be added will be increased. Think of this as 'Spring Cleaning' the to-do list.
I need ideas for this, please! I'm really close to saying heck with it, and make up my own list, but this isn't about me, it is for everyone, and so it only makes sense that others be involved. Also, others posting ideas in here shows there is interest in the idea. If there is no interest in an idea, and I put it in the batch, it is a waste of space; space that could have been used to either add a more relavent idea in, or to make it shorter and less overwhelming to read.
So please, post some small ideas that slip through the cracks.
