How would you justify this? Lightning does damage, that is what the spell is made for. It should also do damage on resource structures along with every other building...

I cant remember when I was zapped the last time even with my dark storage full most of the time.
I think you just need to put your th outside and move up in trophies. If you are sitting with a max th10 base and no loot in gold 3 and also dont offer a th snipe it is clear that they go for your dark and dropping 5 lighning spells is cheaper than a full cw army that may fail getting to the de storage.

This is just another DE zapping complaint thread.
Don't try to solve a problem that doesn't exist.
Oh, and if you don't want to get zapped, put your DE storage outside. Non-existent problem solved.

I will admit that my main account doesn't get zapped near as much as my TH8. But the fact that you can zap DE is a problem for me.

Everything in the game has a counter to it. It makes things balanced. If you wanna Lavaloon me and make it through my AD n traps....Good job!!! You planned your attack wisely and deserve whatever loot you get. Now I can upgrade or design so it doesn't happen that way again. That is what makes the game fun.

The fact that a dipstick can make 3, 4, or 5 LS n just next til he finds a full DE storage... What is the skill in that? What is the skill in defending against it? It is ridiculous!!!

If they can make giant bombs do 1.5 damage to Hogs, then they can make LS .5 damage to storages!

You guys that keep saying it isn't an efficient way to attack...ur right it isn't. The guys that are doing it don't care about efficiency. It is an ez way to get DE so common sense isn't gonna stop it.

1. Resources are stolen by inflicting damage on resource buildings that contain resources.

2. The DE storage is a resource building.

3. The purpose of the lightning spell is to inflict damage on buildings and units.

4. Therefore, DE is stolen when a lightning spell is used on a DE storage that contains DE.

Here's the solution, move up in cups.

Sitting in crystal 2 my th9 base offered max de for a couple weeks got zapped about 5% of the time.

Currently sitting in gold 1 farming is easier but I get zapped around 50% of the time. It's a trade off if you sit in the rage that th7/8 push to for de hunting expect to get zapped, if you move up higher not going to happen nearly as much
