Put your mortar and wizard tower across from each other. You want them to cover as much area as possible. I will try to get you a screenshot of a great town hall 5 base.

Protect the AD more and switch the splash with the farther storages.
Switch the storage between mortars on one side and between wizard tower on the second side.
