Why does SC allow gameplay-changing bugs and glitches to exist ?
It's a common thing that bugs and glitches appear from time to time, but when they do, why doesn't Supercell address these issues that influences gameplay right on, letting them live for days, weeks, months?
The infamous x-bow bug (for those who missed it: x-bow set to ground was shooting air troops) became a subject for more threads than "how to get free gems" threads. You can imagine how many threads that must've been. And while we players have to deal with these glitches on a daily basis, we don't get informed when we can expect them to be solved. I can understand the technical difficulties some glitches can cause, but we don't even get informed that they're looking into it. Why not?
There's a sub-forum for reporting bugs, but it doesn't takes more than one page of reading to realize that it's only an extended help&support section to let players help other players.
The glitch that happened to me yesterday has been posted before, one month ago and until now I have seen no reactions to this matter at all. And apparently it's a known glitch that has happened to many now, but a glitch of this caliber is just NOT acceptable.
Housing a lavahound in your clan castle just to have a single minion come out of it during a clan war attack. Wow.
