In this base ur mortar is far away from the centre and moreover storages are out as compared to mines and collectors however a nice base

i guess its better now

I'll try to give you a screenshot of a better base. If I were you, I would put collectors outside of walls to sure up defences.

Close the gap next to the WT and move the TH out if you can.

wouldnt that give advantage to the attackers if they use archers

My main suggestions... Put the town hall outside for free shields. Put mortars mostly in the center (spread apart a bit for better coverage), then surround that with storages and defenses, then collectors outside the walls. I've got some screenshots if you'd like.

People will be able to destroy your town hall then surrender. Essentially giving you a free​ shield.
