Im thinking if possible supercell should work on this ! How about protecting the DE storage by means of TESLAS around it . Well hopefully it became ELECTRICITY vs ELECTRICITY hehe . if teslas are place surrounding the DE Storage then it should repel the effect of missing DE. This will be a great help.
