I'm a decent TH9 attacker. Max TH9 troops. Lvl 10 king, queen upgrading :(
not sure what my best option is. Xbows are down so I'm thinking quattrolavaloon from the top with lightning for the cc and 3 rage but something doesn't feel right about that for some reason. Let me know what you think. I can always gowipe for an easy 2 star but I feel like I'm conceding the 3 star with that plan.

I attacked this base recently, pretty easy 3. Steps are:
10 hogs 10 min 5 barch 2 lava (one maxed in cc if you can get it) rest loons. 3 rage 1 heal.
1) 10 hogs + 1 heal to take out whole top section. Send 5 each at maxed AT and cannon, this will pull cc and kill both ADs.
2) bring cc to top, concentrate it with barbs, loon drop it and finish with BK/a few minions if needed.
3) 1 lava from abt 10 o'clock, double tap loons on the def on the way. One rage over AD/half of core.
4) Repeat with another lava from 2 o'clock.
5) use remaining 6-8 minions at about 4'olock and rage over them to kill AQ. your double-tap loons can share this rage to move inside faster too.
Penta laloon. Drop rage near the queen so the pups can take her out faster. No need to lure or kill cc troops or defending queen.

I've been noticing my pups aren't targeting Cc troops as quickly as before I'm not sure if anything changed or if I'm having terrible luck but you might consider luring CC
