Raise GG and EE upper limit to 4294967295

I think this can be achieved using current existing data type.

TH10s who aim for all zaps can exceed 2147483647.

Best idea i have seen posted for a while, i really hope they implement this before i hit 2 bills.

This would be easy to do, but I don't feel the necessity of it. Could be a good implementation, but I don't see any true problem being solved here.

When near-max TH10s see that when their GG/EE count stops to grow, they'll feel frustrated and quit the game.

Also, this is a solution to a future TH11 loot problem, otherwise TH11 players' total loot can't be recorded at all.
