Clan Description

This idea has been posted MANY times before, but all those threads seem to die out.

The Issue
Clan descriptions are limited in character amount. This limits us to what we can really say about our clan, and don't have too much room for any clan rules. Also. if you have a typo at the beginning, you have to delete the description and start over.

The Solution
SC needs to implement another section of a clan that can be accessed via the description (like a war log button, but it will say 'Clan Rules')
SC also needs to implement a small feature that will allow us to select certain areas in Clan descriptions.

(I am fully aware that one can use shortcuts etc, but its easier to edit right in the game)

clans weren't designed to be so elaborate, that is why many clanners result to using outside forms to convey rules and reqs (etc.). I doubt a change will happen anywhere close to near time so in the mean time just copy the rest. :)

Clans weren't meant to be this elaborate, but they've become elaborate and Supercell might need to look into accommodating this change.

I think this is a great idea.

I agree, clans use to not have perks, then clan wars came, before that co leaders came. Until that point clans weren't elaborate. But that's Mid 2014. This is 2015. Clans are elaborate now
