I tink i mentioned to him a few solutions in-game:
1. Reload his fb account (for some weird reason he says fb will prompt an "invalid/user not found" notification.
2. His email is wrong, that is why he didnt receive any instructions/details
3. Get more help from the mods/SC staff.
Worse case scenario: Re-create a forum account that is not linked to fb.
