A question most of us don't know the answer to. Someone please look into this.

Hey guys i created this account specially so i could ask on how exactly i'm supposed to submit my ticket number to supercell. My account's banned as the ownership is being verified and well i sent an email to supercell with the ticket number. I'd like to know if that is all that there was to be done or do i have to create a thread here somewhere on the forums with my ticket number? Someone please look into this as i'd like to get back to clashing as soon as possible. =)
