i search parts of the name and nothing the clan was made about 15 hours and still nothing, the name is House of Death if u search for death or house the clan doesn't not appear the only similar clan outhere is House o'Death.
with who to speak to remediate this problem????

Most attacks in the 0-2000 trophy range are based upon certain units. (barbs, gobs, archers, wallbrakers, giants).
These have a relative fast building time, and building an army based upon these units is done quite fast (if u dont use an excessive ammount of wallbrakers).
Around 2000-2200 trophys the defence of most villages is so strong, that this "fast builded and cheap armys" are just not strong enough to win most battles (and keep getting higher trophys). Especially X-bow and other high lvl defensive structures just overpower such a cheap army. From my experience (and many others I have talked to), it requires the use of better and more expensive troops to keep progressing with trophys.
And yes, thats totally fine. It should not be easy to defeat a high lvl player with a strong base. Its allright. What I wanna look at is the following data.
basic troops (cheap elixer wise):
camp space barbarian = 1, building time per barbarian = 20 seconds. Time per camp space = 20
camp space archer = 1, building time per archer = 25 seconds. Time per camp space = 25
camp space goblin = 1, building time per goblin = 30 seconds. Time per camp space = 30
camp space giant = 5, building time per giant = 120 seconds. Time per camp space = 24
Medium troops (medium costs elixer wise):
camp space balloon = 5, building time per balloon = 600 seconds. Time per camp space = 120 seconds
camp space wizard = 4, building time per wizard = 600 seconds. Time per camp space = 150
strongest troops ( high costs elixer wise):
camp space dragon = 20, building time per dragon = 30 minutes. Time per camp space = 90 seconds
camp space pekka = 25, building time per pekka = 60 minutes. Time per camp space = 144 seconds

Now my comments and question:
Attacks are mainly based out of Basic (0-2000) or strongest troops (2200+). The attacks based on the medium lvl troops are pretty uncommen. They are not used much on any trophys range. This is (in my opinion) because the time to build them (wich is even longer then the strongest troops), is just to long (compared to their strength/abilitys). I think its such a shame that some units are just not used much. (healer, balloons, wizards).
now the question:
Is there any chance, supercell is planning (or considering based on my post), to reduce the building time of wizards/balloons
Maybe u could consider to reduce the building time of balloons to 5 minutes.
camp space balloon = 5, building time per balloon = 300 seconds (5 minutes). Time per camp space = 60 seconds

I can't think of any attack against me where anyone has used wizards. I only will make one or two and use them for quicker clean up after all of the defensive unit's have been eliminated.
Part of the problem I see with wizards it that it appears as if defensive units make them a priority target and they then die too darn fast.
Perhaps if wizards were given a special purpose, such as targeting wizard towers first and doing say 2-4x damage on them, then they might serve some purpose other than being very costly archers who take up a lot of camp space and take a long time to create. Or, how's this? Wizards do that same damage they do now, but are able to bounce back a shot fired from a wizard tower.
On a similar note, perhaps balloons should be given a bit of an hp buff and make archer towers and AA their priority targets?
